Ke Ānuenue AHEC's monthly newsletter, Ke Ola Kino Maika'i, began as an idea from the mind of former Executive Director, Deedri P. Veehala. Armed with her creative writing ability and her daughter Nicole Moore's expertise in software, that idea soon became reality as the first black & white issue sprung to life in July of 2004. It would serve as a tool to share information about Ke Ānuenue, its programs, and include useful and interesting articles on various health topics.

Today, we excitedly announce a readership of 1000, and still growing, with technology allowing us to reach even more, via the internet.
